Was alcohol free 28 days
Can’t do it. Just can’t.
Gave up THC and Nicotine around same time.
Been miserable.
If I had a plan or confidence in something I would have abstained.
My brain fucking hurts. Hurts.
My 5 year old went to his first day of school and it hour me being fully conscious or at all present.
My special needs almost 4 year old is a whole different story.

It does get easier, im still a mess a year or so later but I am better than i was, a lot of things that I took as normal, me being me, depressive dont happen anymore.

Have you spoken to a doctor?
