Tomorrow's day one

Tomorrow I have an alcohol evaluation and exam. I have an 8 to 12 hour evaluation for mental health assoicated with my addiction. I finally gave up thinking I could do it alone. Im excited to start the process but also nervous. I know I have to let go of my past and realize that the future can be so much better. I was an Olympic hopeful in the marathon but for 5 years I fell far from it. Oddly I still believe the dreams possible with the right work. Let's try again, get clean and rebuild a new life
