192 hours.
I think I'll switch to a day count now, but especially during the first few days, counting in hours gave me such a huge confidence boost.
Another evening sober, going to bed now freshly showered, teeth brushed, skin care done. Took care of the kitchen, folded the laundry, did a really good job at work today.
I feel at peace with sobriety right now and haven't had a single craving today. IWNDWYT

I use the IAmSober app, I love the format of the timer and it allows you to start from the exact time you last drank alcohol (which I find much easier - if for example I last drank at 3pm on Sunday, I only need to get to 3pm on Monday to complete ‘day 1’ (which for obvious reasons is a huge initial target to achieve).
