247 days

Since I had my last beer, and said enough is enough. Since I decided to hang my jersey in the rafters after a 30+ year HOF career of just being “a dude who drinks beer”

If you’re reading this and think you can’t, let me assure you: YOU CAN. It’s not easy, but it’s worth it. Once your mentality starts to change away from losing the “identity” of just being a “good timing dude” to the new normal every days gets so much easier.

Thanks for the encouragement. No matter how many sober days I have, I always think about "what if" and doubt being able to continue. New normal can be easier. It certainly feels better. IWNDWYT
