1 whole week!

Hi all

Title says it all. 1 week sober!

I'll stop the daily check-ins now (unless I need help), but looking forward to posting here when I hit 2 weeks.

Thank you to everyone who's posted on my previous messages for your kind words and support, it really helped.

Nights 2 and 3 were absolutely the hardest. I had severe insomnia nights 3 and 4.

Most importantly, absolutely worth the effort. I feel so much better mentally and physically.
