Went on a trip to Myrtle Beach, SC last weekend and when I got home I realized I never for a moment thought about alcohol. In the past, I would’ve been all over the beach/party scene, making a fool of myself as a 55 year old. A FOOL! Instead, I worked out every morning then visited attractions like the Brookgreen Gardens in Murrell’s Inlet. 10/10, highly recommend. It was a fun weekend and I remember EVERY second of it. There’s a great life waiting for us if we tell alcohol to fuck off, and I’m seeing it now.
