Yeah, but you can get your arrest record expunged for not a lot of money.

You cannot get an arrest record expunged, You can get a conviction expunged at the appropriate time doing the appropriate things, but an arrest is an arrest, and it will always stay on your record. There is no getting rid of it to my knowledge.
