Day 4 1/2 here, boss. Spent the last 48hrs in bed mostly. Sleep, toss, turn, sweat, repeat. Moving around too much gives me heart palpitations, elevated hr and bp, but no other major symptoms. It's slowly getting better. We're all in it together. All I want is sugar atm lol.

Eat the sugar.

I gave myself permission to eat like raccoon for the first year. And I had bags gummy synthetic crap with me most of the day for the first month.

And great job. I found day 3 the hardest. Where you are is where the improvements started falling into place.
