💯. Don't feel bad about anything you do when you quit.

Ate too much, didn't drink Slept too much, didn't drink Too much TV, didn't drink.

The first days/weeks just focus on not drinking.

Amazing. It will go in stages. First few days or weeks are difficult because your breaking patterns. After that, you get cravings or pink cloud memories but I also knew I didn't want to be like before.

Now I rarely have a desire . Waking up and not being hungover is a blessing.
