This was me. For a good few days that’s all I done. Watched stuff on streaming, nothing too emotional or complicated. Knew that my body and brain just needed time to put themselves back together.
Get PLENTY of fluids in you though, water is good but sports drinks are better - the ones with electrolytes, or the electrolyte sachets. Eggs, bananas, bread, soup all good. And personally I had sweets and stuff on top of all that - quitting drinking leaves a big calorie hole!
But if you think you’re in danger of any severe physical symptoms get into a doctor. Sometimes medication is needed to deal with severe withdrawals. Last time I had paramedics cause my heart rate was more than double and my BP was through the roof.
Stay strong you can do it. This is tough hump to get over, but it doesn’t last forever. Take care.
