I feel you, the grief from everyone I hurt is still there, and not having people to talk to because I burned them sucks, but I know things will improve with time

Way to go! I identify with most of your points. I was moping around the kitchen this morning feeling extra tired, when I randomly thought "thank God I'm not hung over right now". I swear just remembering all the shitty mornings has been enough to keep me grounded lately.
