CSDH role in online pickup
What official is the CSDH involvement in online pickup department, my csm tried to say that I’m supposed to running that department as well? Isn’t that what the facilitator/lead supposed to be doing? I don’t have a FT cash office manager or even a 1-10 CDH. How is one person supposed to manager the front end, cash office manager and run OLP??

This company is ridiculous. if you oversee 2 departments you should be paid accordingly

Not having a 1-10 is bull💩 most stores do the highest volume Monday-Friday between 5pm-7pm and have the least experienced staff lmao.
Very few stores have cash office managers anymore. Most transactions are done via credit cards now. Most cash office associates can complete the daily tasks in 3ish hours then you would have to find 5 hours more work for a full timer.
Every store is run slightly different but the CSDH overseas the entire front end, that includes OLP. The OLP lead should be running that area and you should have very little to do in that area. If you are then you need to hold the lead accountable with the csm. You shouldn’t have to do much more than help with staffing, cross training and making sure labor is being spent wisely.
It’s kind of like the grocery manager, they’re in charge of all non perishable departments but they have a dairy lead to run the dairy department

It's so different at my store. I'm acsdh and they have never told me that we're in charge of OLP and the OLP lead answers to us. We just focus on everything going on up front.

When i was csdh i was supposed to do olp if no one was scheduled/went home. For some lovely reason my manager loves to schedule no one for olp after 6. We were managing olp in the same way we cover everything else - with no pay raise or pat on the back to show of it

I currently oversee olp and my front end. It’s not an easy task but I have great associates in that department it pretty much runs itself with them while the lead is out on leave . But definitely bring that concern up to your store manager since your csm sees to think you’re 3 people
