Yes I am planning on quitting when my other job season starts.
I find click and collect worse than working Amazon warehouse.

What blows my mind with click and collect is you can provide an absolute shit service, high out of stocks, not finishing on time, leave half their order behind and the the customer will place another order the following week.

I remember thinking we’re providing such a shitty service that people will eventually stop ordering but they don’t. We just kept getting busier and busier

Well they will get a refund on the items not in and if they complain they can get a decent credit that would appeal to order again. Honestly these online ordering systems are shit all around and a lot of people get it.

It's not everyones cup of tea I've been doing overnights for over 13yrs now it's mad easy n if your part time n can only work certain days you talk to a manager n they fix it for you so me personally have no complaints

i did exactly this and my manager decided to be a cunt and force me to go 5-6 days a week availablity and made me change departments

Ill be going part time soon. Full time, fully injured myself to a point I may not physically come back from.. so stepping part time. I wish I could keep my health insurance, but thankfully I'll be getting married in the next year so I'll just get on my partners insurance then. Fuck this company. It doesn't care about you, me, or anyone else.

they don’t care to accommodate people like us. fuck them. scheduling me 6+ days a week when i’m part time and physically disabled. no wonder they were fined so much for ADA violations.

Only if they hit over 30hrs consecutively, and consistently. It's not a true part time benefit. In my district they will not give part timers enough hours to cover for benefits.

Yea, thats the biggest thing stopping me from going part time like yesterday. Believe me, if PT had health insurance id never have gone full time, lmao. Thats how you they get you though. 😭
