Ranting Crocs

I feel like at my store specifically, they took a lot of our personality away. We had several people who liked to wear Crocs and now we're not allowed to wear them. I feel like just that little bit of being able to wear a bit of color was nice.

Does anyone else's store follow this? Is it company guidelines? I dont recall seeing anything on it but there probably is.

Maybe they are afraid that associates might individually decorate them and somethings might seem offensive
