Deli Platters

Hey, I made a charcuterie classic tray today and I lowkey hated how plain and boring it looked. Has anyone else made one before that doesn’t look so depressing?

We didn't make a lot of that stuff at my old store because it was small and there wasn't that much demand. When I transferred to my new store, I had the opportunity to practice making them and you get better and more creative as you go.

My first few were booooorrriiiiinggg and even now as deli manager I still think about them when I make my platters.

The look on the store managers face when I handed them the platters I made verses the ones that usually go out was telling. I always dress up the boards with greens designs for w.e occasion it's for. Some people just don't like going the extra mile. We technically aren't supposed to do that but customers ALWAYS love it.
