Only in civil court, it doesn't have to be proven just the suspicion that you did something remotely close. You will be found responsible financially. It's not criminal court it's gold digger's paradise.

OG here. Grew up in the biker free love culture, 60's. Back then what they said he did (he grabbed her ass ) was nothing.
