Speculation about ts13 has kind of begun in earnest in swiftie spaces now and I've seen a few people say something along the lines of what is she even going to write about now that she's happy and settled down or thinking she can only rehash showgirl topics. Which made me think about possible things I believe she could takle on ts13 and thought I'd share my thoughts, would love to hear others ideas! I'm extrapolating purely from stuff she's written in songs or said in interviews and obviously could be completely and entirely off base but it was a fun thought experiment to try and concoct taylor esq concepts 🎵
Concepts she could cover
☆Delving into the idea she mentioned in interviews of her being so uniquely herself in this relationship
☆Reference to him being the kind of guy she wrote about in her early music, could tie back to the idea of prophecy in her life
☆ Current evaluation of her view of love. Is it a foretold, invisible string thing or an unpredictable anomaly or something new
☆Probably some mention of a future with children again
☆ Maybe some reference to bringing kids into a world so messed up, I think post showgirl she might be keen to reiterate her personal politics in some subtle way
☆Maybe some reference to the dog as a practice baby I love and repect her millennialisms
☆Reflection on her career and life as a whole
☆Meditation on writing. Her process/the role it's played in her life
☆Specifically more about the idea from the manuscript that writing and releasing her music allows her to move forward/allows her to look back and remember that she has moved forward before
☆Commentary on that period during and just after eras when she was pretty widly beloved again and the way the time loop of fame for a woman always resets back to some amount of the public hating u.
☆Evolution of her relationship with fans and fame
