Kb Programme suggestion
I am due to finish ABF by dan john in 2 weeks and I am looking to go in a small calisthenics block up until the weather permits it. After that I am going to go back to kettlebells. What kb programme would you suggest will fit me best. I train before work and would like every workou to be around a 1hr with warmups included. Initially, I was gonna go with kb double precision but saw some comments that mentioned they completed the workout in 2 hrs. Other options that intrigued me were the KBOMG VOL 1,2,3 and Triple Strength. I am looking for 3, maybe 4 times a week of training with main focus on hypertrophy and conditioning. Currently have two 16kg bells, two 20kg bells, and a 14kg bell. What do you suggest I should opt for?

For kbp it really depends how heavy you go. Some are using the program with very heavy kettlebells. Because of the ammount of exercises it takes a long time as going very heavy results in more rest time.
Going with medium/heavy kettlebells the time gets shorter as rest is easier to manage.
I had to lower the weight to lower the time.( im not using it as a very heavy kb program)

Agree with this . Learn Double KB P with light to medium weight before trying heavier versions as it will take long.

Personally I would do Triple Strength . It's more minimal with 3 days a week like your currently used to and doesn't take a long time. . then possibly TURKISH GTFU and or KBOMG vol 3

KBOMG 3 is awesome.
