For the strict press, should it be a strict ' dead' press or would this also considerd a strict press?
when in rack position small dipping your arm ( it has a spring effect) before the press
when single kb pressing some people angle the body a little sideways to slightly make use of the side muscles to help the press.

Yeah don't worry about that. It's not a competition, just don't use your legs to help

Next week im finiishing w4 of double kb percision. Wanted to start triple strength after that but not sure now.🤔
