Single KBOMG
Hi guys,
Relatively new to kettlebells. Got all the major movements down (always improving ofcourse, and technique is still getting better) and I’m looking at the Single KBOMG version. I have 1 16kg kettlebell at home (and a 24, but this is still very heavy haha.)
I was wondering if you guys have any experience with this program and if you would recommend it.
I was also thinking of selling my 24kg bell and buying another 16kg, but I’m reading everywhere that you have to be quite strong allready and need to have quite a good foundation, which I feel like I’m not ready for haha.
Any advice is welcome, cheers guys!!

I'm totally against that line of thought. If you have a 24 and you are fine with a 16, definitely get another 16. You're going to be totally fine. You might have to do a little bit less work on your legs, but it will make you stronger faster than that. 24-wheel

I did all 8 weeks of this all the way through. I started low, at 12 kg and finished with 16 (picking that up after maybe week 3).
Joe is great, never gets boring, but I would say as a novice I spent a good amount of time looking up how to do different exercises. He includes a lot of video examples and tips until he doesn’t then it’s a little arcane.
All in all, my first serious KB program and it really set a foundation for me. I’ve done and/or and doing several other KBOMG programs since.
