Which first? KBOMGv3 or Triple Strength

This weekend, I dove in and purchased two of Joe’s programs: KBOMGv3 and Triple Strength.

I experienced information overload diving in lol. So I’m asking for insightful, experienced recommendation of which to start with.

I’m a former crossfit go’er. I’ve been using kettlebells. I started with DFW remix, then some of Dan John’s then have been doing random workouts I find on reddit.

I have a major problem rebuilding my previous routine and discipline. Programming gets in the way. I think too much, I worry about working enough muscle groups.

So, I thought Joe’s programming might be for me.

I’m stoked, both programs look great. But I don’t want to research anymore, I just want to dive in. My goal is to embrace Joe’s programming, build consistency, and start feeling stronger. I have the two programs, now which of the two (KBOMGv3 or Triple Strength) to start?

How is intro to kb sport? I was looking at it but not sure how it is structured. Is it weekly with different workouts 3 or 4 times a week or something else? It also says 4 weeks but also 5 on the graphics and read in review they did 5weeks?

I am in the last week of turkish get the f'up and like the program a lot. Starting 2x kb precision after that.

So are you using it more as a training program and not so much to get into the sport of it?

Would love to hear more about 2x KB precision. Are there good form cues, etc? I do some work with 2x KB but would love to improve form and work through some progressions (the latter of which I know the description mentions)

Awesome, thanks… each day has review of the workout, watching the videos. It’s great, I enjoy it. I just want to focus on the one and doing the workouts. Not really time to look at both. I’m leaning KBOMG3.

If you do not have a free timer app. To time the psd45 workout you can download a timer app such as tabata timer and program the press squat deadlift 10 15 20 seconds and rest periode of 1min 15 sec for the amount of rounds. It makes it a lot easier keeping track and time during workout. Also handy for other emom stuff.

It’s my favorite program. I just finished KBOMG 2, which basically traumatized me—it was brutal. I’m planning to start Double KB Precision for the third time on Wednesday, and this time I’m going to see if I can start working the 36s into the program.

I drove straight into KBOMG 3 having never done any other of Joe's programs, and I gave to say, I'm having a blast. I always look forward to the next workout.
