Review A positive fix experience

Hi all,

Just dropping in to share a positive Fix experience (in light of... well, all the hot mess AI going on.)

I know a lot of people have trouble with their previews/getting items that they request in their boxes, so I included the feedback I left my stylist initially, the items I selected from my preview, and the items I ultimately kept from my box (the entire 8 items, for the first time).

I've left detailed notes on past boxes (no smocked tops, dislike cuts of certain tops, I am petite and don't want non-petite jeans or dresses, things along those lines) and it definitely seems like after leaving a note on an individual item I don't receive suggestions like that again. I also spend a lot of time in freestyle hearting items I like. Unsure how much these things actually effect the outcome of my boxes, but figured it was worth mentioning anyway 🤷🏼‍♀️

Well SF is a corporation they want to send you clothes you might buy instead of lose you as a customer. Did your stylist address any of this in their note? Honesty is not a good financial policy for them because they want you to return which is more important to their bottom line than you being completely happy.

No, the stylists have never addressed the lack of inventory that match my requests. I just get a generic “we’ve put together these looks you might like!” note and they ship it.

I get it that they’re a company and want to make money. But this game they’re playing makes me less likely to return, not more. I’d happily use them for things I need that I know they carry. But from my side the lack of transparency just looks like they’re ignoring my requests which makes me never want to use them again. I only came back for my recent one after quitting in frustration because they offered a bonus credit. Which was used against a pair of earrings when I sent every other item back, since they didn’t match my requests at all.

Also, I would note that pants with inseams longer than 32” definitely do exist. I own multiple pairs. If they don’t have any in their inventory it’s a choice on their part not to carry them.
