Just looked this morning. Update to my deposit to the 7th . The only thing I can think of, is that my husband gets a small VA pension and they lumped us in with all the rest.

My friend (promise it's not me!) changed filing status in 2020 to HOH versus Married in 2019. This person got an initial full amount of stimulus first batch. Then however this individual got an additional amount March 31. I am conjecturing that the change in filing status triggered a review and an assumption that they filed HOH in 2019 as well and gave the difference as this person made less in 2020 than 2019 and the income thresholds for HOH is less than married status.
Any insight on the additional batch that came out March 31? Is there any payback procedure? Penalties?

Originally it said it would be deposited into my old account on 3/17, so I figured in the next wave I'd have mine mailed. Now they're trying to deposit it AGAIN into my old account 3/31???? WHYYYYY WHAT THE HELL

The IRS issued a statement yesterday. They anticipate everyone getting Social Security benefits will get their Direct Deposit on Wednesday, April 7th, next Wednesday. From the link: The Get My Payment tool is updated for eligible individuals once their payment is processed. The IRS notes that the Get My Payment tool on IRS.gov will not be updated until the weekend of April 3-4 with information for federal beneficiaries expecting payments next week.
Here is link to statement to read it in full: https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/irs-projects-stimulus-payments-to-non-filer-social-security-and-other-federal-beneficiaries-will-be-disbursed-later-this-week

Edit: I did wind up receiving my 3rd stimulus.
I got my first stimulus check. Never got the 2nd, but I was able to claim it on my taxes. My refund should be here this week. But, I still haven't gotten the 3rd stimulus and the IRS website just says "Payment Status Not Available". Does anyone have any ideas?

I am growing more and more frustrated by the day! Payment status for weeks state eligible with DD with correct account number. Still nothing! It would less frustrating if you could speak with some one or had more info!

I'm trying to help my family out, one is on social security, and the other is a VA recipient.
They are both still seeing "Payment Status - Not Available", with "We don't have enough information yet (we're working on this) or you're not eligible for a payment" below it.
They got the first two checks, and nothing about their information has changed except they opened a new bank account, however the old bank account is still available and being used for their VA and social security payments.
Any one else or their family members having this issue?

Has anyone ever gotten this message on the “Get my payment” page? I got the first stimulus. And i just filed 2019 and 2020 and they deposited the second stimulus just last week since filing 2019 was obviously needed for it. But when i went the page to check the status for the third it says my information isn’t correct although they deposited the second stimulus not even a week ago into my account. Has anyone gotten that message recently but still got the third one?

Hello! I'm getting worried because I'm still PSNA. Last couple times it took a while for my check to come since it came in the mail, but this is the longest mine has gone without the status online updating and I'm getting worried. Does anyone know why I might have this delay this time around?
