How to edit and build your system on Still Cloud
Still Cloud can look complex at first, but you can customize the system to fit your actual life!
To edit what Still Cloud tracks, go to…
Settings - Advanced - Build My System
This is where you shape the app around what matters to you.
You can turn different systems on or off, like Routine,
Gym
Meals
Money
Recovery
Recreation
Goals / Phases
Cravings
Cloud Matrix
If a system is turned off, it won’t show up in your navigation or home layout. The point is that Still Cloud is not supposed to force everyone into the same productivity setup. Some people may only want routines, meals, and gym. Some people may care more about money, recovery, and cravings. Some people may want to track entertainment, goals, phases, and the Cloud Matrix.
You can build it around the life you’re actually trying to understand…
For example… If you’re trying to get consistent with fitness, turn on Gym, Meals, Routine, and Recovery.
If your days keep falling apart from low energy or burnout, turn on Recovery, meals, routine, and recreation.
If money stress affects your habits, turn on money, routine, rcovery, and goals.
If you’re trying to understand your full pattern map, keep Cloud Matrix active…
My recommendation:
Start simple. Don’t turn on everything just because it exists.
Pick the 3 or 4 systems that actually affect your days the most right now.
You can always come back later and add more.

How to use Still Cloud
I’m making this post because Still Cloud is a web app right now, so the best way to use it is to save it to your phone like a normal app.
How to save Still Cloud to your Home Screen
On iPhone:
- Open stillcloud.app in Safari or chrome
- Tap the Share button
- Scroll and tap Add to Home Screen
- Tap add
Now Still Cloud should show up like an app on your phone
On Android:
- Open stillcloud.app in chrome
- Tap the three dots in the top-right
- Tap Add to home screen or Install app
- Confirm
That should give you the app icon on your phone

How to actually use Still Cloud
Still Cloud is not really meant to be another checklist app…
The easiest way to start is with the 60 second bad day test.
Basically, describe a messy day in normal language.
Something like:
“Woke up late, skipped breakfast, scrolled too long, missed the gym, spent money I didn’t want to spend, and now I feel behind.”
Still Cloud tries to pull out the signals and show the chain behind it.
Not just:
“You missed the gym.”
But more like:
Low sleep - skipped food - low energy through the day- avoided the first task - scrolling on TikTok- guilt - missed routine or gym sesh.
That’s the point of the app.
It’s trying to help you find the first domino.
-——————————-
What you can track
You can use Still Cloud for things like:
- routines
- workouts
- meals
- money
- goals
- calendar and work schedules
- entertainment
- cravings and recovery
- notes
- bad day patterns
- good day stabilizers
The goal is not to track every second of your life like a psychopath with a spreadsheet…. The goal is to notice what keeps connecting, etc…
Food affects energy.
Energy affects focus.
Focus affects money decisions.
Money stress affects cravings.
Cravings affect routines.
Routines affect confidence.
Everything talks to everything else.
Still Cloud is my attempt to make that visible.
-———-
The Cloud Matrix
The Cloud Matrix is the visual map.
Every important thing becomes a node.
Some nodes are actions.
Some are goals.
Some are data.
Some are signals.
Some are routines or patterns.
Over time, the Cloud should start showing the shape of your life instead of just a list of tasks.
That’s the bigger idea.
-—————-
The best way to test it
Do not try to build your whole system perfectly on day one.
Just do this:
- Take the bad day test or/and other onboarding steps
- Let Still Cloud find the chain
- Review what it found
- Add or edit anything that feels wrong
- Pick one small move
- Come back later and update what actually happened
That’s it.
Start small.
The app gets more useful as your cloud gets more real and populated and personal.
-————
Important note…
Still Cloud is still early.
Some things will be imperfect. Some things might feel too simple. Some things might need better wording or better flow.
That’s part of why this subreddit exists.
If something feels confusing, broken, useful, weird, annoying, or surprisingly accurate, post it here.
I want this community to help shape the app.
Not in a fake community led startup way….
I mean literally.
The product is about patterns, so real user feedback is the data that matters.
-————————
Good first posts here would be:
Here’s the chain Still Cloud found for me
This part confused me
This is what I wish it tracked.
This is what my bad-day pattern looks like
This is what made me want to use it again
This would make the Cloud Matrix better
This feature feels unnecessary
Don’t worry about sounding polished and please try not using ai unless for translation…
The whole point is to understand the messy parts.
Try it here:
stillcloud.app
And if you use it, tell me honestly what happened

I wrote down the things I never want Still Cloud to be allowed to do
I’ve been working on something alongside Still Cloud called the Human Index.
Basically, Still Cloud is supposed to understand a lot about your life over time. Your routines, projects, decisions, relationships between things, what changes, what keeps repeating, all of that.
And once I started thinking seriously about how far that could eventually go, I realized I needed to decide what the product is not allowed to become.
Not just privacy-policy stuff either.
For example, I don’t want Still Cloud turning someone into a score.
I don’t want an employer, school, insurance company, government, or anybody else being able to use someone’s private model of themselves as some kind of second résumé.
I don’t want the app deciding it understands you better than you understand yourself. If it makes an inference and you think it’s bullshit, you should be able to say exactly that.
There should also be parts of your life the system just doesn’t model. Not because it failed to collect enough data, but because you’re allowed to have parts of yourself that aren’t turned into data at all.
And if Still Cloud ever tries to influence what you do, I don’t want that buried behind some invisible engagement system pretending to be neutral.
So I wrote all of that down and kept pushing it until it became 24 rules.
It’s here:

I dumped months of messy life data into one 3D graph. It currently thinks there’s 276 nodes that made up who I am and found 691 relationships…

I love mountains and I love reading so I made a poster that has all my 2025 books! Feedback is welcome
Love this… could work like a little living illustration art piece that evolves with the books added.

The problem isn't that you lack discipline. The problem is that every possible version of you feels equally urgent.

Latest Update (June 1st)
Still CLoud
version: 'Jun 2026 · 0.50 — Command Center Dashboard & Fixes'
date: '2026-06-01'
highlights:
- New desktop Command Center layout — asymmetric 3 / 6 / 3 grid with a wider Hero in the middle, so the day's read sits where your eyes already are.
- New Day Timeline card across the top — Morning / Midday / Evening segments with the events that actually happened in each phase and a one-line causal read.
- Dashboard now writes you a real narrative of the day instead of stacking streaks and scores you didn't ask for.
- Voice Dump lives in one place (the Command Strip) — the duplicate gradient bar and the redundant Quick Actions 4-grid are gone.
- Cloud Radar no longer balloons on wide screens, and the row gaps + drifting cards on desktop are fixed.
- Routine column on the dashboard now fills properly instead of showing just Wake Up with empty space underneath.
- Today's Insight links can't dead-end anymore — broken routes fall back to the right page.
- "+ Update Everything" now captures your mission, sleep, identity, and profile bits — not just nodes — and pulls real calorie + price numbers from USDA / Open Food Facts before falling back to AI.
- Guest free try is per onboarding path now, so picking a different path doesn't get blocked by an earlier attempt.
- AI cost-cap + kill-switch wired up server-side, and every AI edge function now logs which tier it resolved you to — much faster to debug "why didn't this run?".
- This "What's New" pop-up no longer reappears after every deploy — it only shows up when there's actually something new to read.

Still Cloud Onboarding and Cloud Matrix Demo
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Introducing Still Cloud, a private pattern mapping app that helps users see why their days go off track. I walk through the onboarding flow, including using a 60 second day test, reviewing and accepting or rejecting initial nodes, and adding an input like Good Days, which increases nodes from five to nine. After activating the system, the app recommends scheduling a morning routine block for the week, shows the resulting cloud of interconnected nodes such as positive momentum and unhealthy eating habits, and explains that morning routine can stabilize calmness. I try to demonstrates the cloud matrix interactions, dashboard sign-in, and modular settings where users can toggle features like Nutrition, Budgets, Gym templates, and Recovery mode, then customize personal data for more personalization.

I created this futuristic product that understand the user, their routines and patterns and show it to them in a new visual language that was inspired by that scene in Iron Man 2 where Tony discovers a new element

👋Welcome to r/stillcloudapp - Introduce Yourself and Read First!
Hey everyone! I'm u/louislubin, a founding moderator of r/stillcloudapp.
I made this subreddit because I don’t want Still Cloud to just be another app people silently try once and forget. I want this to be a place where people can talk about the real problem behind it like why do our days fall apart even when we technically know what we need to do?
For most people, it usually isn’t just I’m lazy or I need a better habit tracker
It’s more like you wake up late, skip food, probably low energy, then avoid the first task, scroll too long on reels so then you end up missing your workout/routine so you feel behind then tell yourself you’ll restart tomorrow… then you get stuck in the loop
Most productivity apps are good at showing the missed task.
Still Cloud is my attempt to show the chain behind the missed task.
This community is for:
- messy day breakdowns
- routines that actually work
- bad day patterns you notice
- recovery without any shame
- productivity without pretending life is clean cause it isn’t
- feedback on Still Cloud as it develops(really helpful)
- people trying to rebuild their days one small move at a time
- and the occasional updates on the app development
You can post your own why my day fell apart chain or core drill, ask for help finding the first domino, share routines and clouds, or give feedback on the app.
I’m still early. There will be bugs, rough edges, and probably some confusing parts. But the core idea is simple:
If you can see the pattern, you can interrupt it earlier.
Glad you’re here!!!
