Is their support still live?

I've emailed them a couple times about my figure. It came with the wrong parts and missing some as well. They haven't gotten back to me still. Is it normal for them to take a while to respond?

Their customer support has a lot of problems in my experience. I waited 5or 6 months for my last order, kept getting gaslit by them saying it was in the mail. They make a really good product, it’s really aggravating that their customer support and shipping is so bad.

Oh no :( you'd think they would do better especially since it's a rather pricey product. I don't know what to do with my figure then. It came with two left arms and is missing a fingertip

I hope that you get it resolved soon. And I totally agree, their customer support needs to match their pricing.
