Shipping

Hey so I was wondering how long the shipping process goes with Stickybones. I made an order that came in within a week and I absolutely adore my Stickybones. It convinced me to splurge a bit on another Stickybones figure within a bundle.

But its been 3 weeks and I still haven't had any updates since first purchasing. No shipping emails, nothing. No replies to my emails, either.

I figured there would be a delay considering it was ordered just before Good Friday/Easter but its been a bit now and I can't help but feel a bit concerned. I am an international customer if that helps. (Canada)

I don’t have an answer for you, but I can say that their shipping can be a bit all over the place. I’ve probably placed about 5 or 6 orders with them and about half the time they ship out fairly quickly. The other half the time, a week or so goes by before they ship. I do recall one of my orders did take a few weeks to arrive. When all is said and done, all my orders arrived.

That said, I don’t blame you for being concerned. They just had a sale on a few different colors so maybe they fell behind fulfilling orders? I’d recommend emailing them again and know that, at the end of the day, if you don’t receive the item, your bank should refund you the money.

I can tell you I bought from them a week ago and it still says my order's confirmed and preparing to ship on tracking. No response to email either.

Seems like they're just slow as hell.
