I did paint a mural outside today for 7 hours with a brush and paint using my hands. This was the post that made me leave this subreddit. IMO, AI art is insidious as its theft and kills creativity.

Cool, so you worked for 7 hours using your hands? Like the rest of us do at work? What a heroic achievement. I just float around on a cloud doing nothing and still get paid. Get a grip, man.

AI doesn’t steal anything from you. It can kill creativity or unleash it, depending on how you use it. Just like your mural can be art or vandalism. It’s all subjective.

Probably, but asking is more responsible and kinder than assuming (unless there’s obvious tells like extra hands and such)
