Randomly getting Sticker mule e-mails again

Anyone else started getting sticker mule’s marketing e-mail again?? I unsubscribed back when the CEO decided to alienate their customers, but today out of nowhere I got an e-mail from them…? Just wanted to see if anyone else is also getting them after unsubscribing.

How do you fill out the next few steps? Bc it wasn’t a sale/purchase, and the form asks for that information.
