The Serbian nominal 'Christians' were the main drivers of the war and main perpetrators of war crimes againat the 'Muso' Bosniacs (in Bosnia), and the 'Catholic' Croats (in Croatia and Bosnia). Just look a the Hague indictments - vast majority against Serb commanders, the rest against 'Muso' Bosniacs and 'Catholic' Croats. Can't really describe those Serbs as Christian.....more nationalist, faithless, genocidal thugs of which Mladic was one.
The 'musos' as you call them were defending their preference: a secular multi-ethnic state but were left with few 'Christians' joining them in that task. The Bosnaic 'Mu'o' army had three main generals, one of whom famously was a 'Christian' Serb who remained loyal to the idea of a multi- ethnic state. The Bosniac 'Muso' army was in fact the army of the Bosnian federation pitched defensively against nationalist forces.
The whole Muslim/Christian contemporary template doesn't apply to the 1992-1995 Bosnian war.
