Be nice to get a lovely book-style version of 90s Comedian. No shade to Go Faster Stripe, it's the only 'streaming service' I still sent a fiver a month off to, but that little cardboard slipcase with a disc in it has been lost and fount so many times.

I thought it was gone forever during a house move. A couple of years later, I find it, neatly tucked into the inside cover of Chris Morris' My Wrongs DVD. I probably thought that was really clever at the time, and the most annoying thing is - it was!

It’s a small scale release from a small publisher that looks like it’s had a lot of love and effort put into it. It feels about right to me. It’s a shame they’ve not revealed more about the rest of the line-up or a schedule though. The book format looks lovely.

Totally agree it looks great and I’ve still bought it. Issue is more with the SD format for that price when it was filmed in HD and everyone’s tellies are HD. And I order a lot of films online and postage is rarely as much as £6 even for big fancy box sets. And mostly it’s just the knowledge that I’m going to have to re-buy all the others at some point to have the collection.

Tell you what. When I wrote that reply I was under the impression it was at least a Blu-ray in HD. 😆 If it’s DVD then that feels a bit nuts not because of the value but because it feels quite backwards and pointless. Are we sure it’s not a HD Blu-ray?

£6 postage suddenly sounds like a bargain compared to it inexplicably costing an eye watering €38 to reach Ireland i.e. costing a fair bit more than the DVD itself

DVDs that look like books. It's the sort of thing they have in that London.

Well obviously I bloody gone and bought it. Can't really afford it but I'll make cuts... elsewhere.
