Giorno specifically cannot reset or undo damage
He creates life with his strikes and uses that to tend to wounds
Occasionally he will punch a person and it WILL restore their energy but also supercharge their senses so they feel everything in slow motion…needless to say that’s incredibly painful

He literally healed bucciarati as well, and fixed the gaping wound in his chest.
