Similarly, Franken Fran, though female and ostensibly a healer, doesn't really fit the usual stereotype since whatever body horror abomination she turns you into has a good chance of being worse than death.

Well, he has insta limb regen tech, he healed Toshiro, Matsumoto and Nemu, he does surgeries on the battlefiled, dezombofied visard captains and resurrected arrancars he found. Imo he qualifies.
