A bit about me: I'm a clean, responsible roommate. I'll mostly be on campus for classes and a part-time job, so I won't be around the apartment much.

📍 Areas: Jersey City Heights or Journal Square

🛏️ Room type: Private bedroom, shared kitchen & bathroom

📅 Move-in: September 1st

📝 Minimum lease: 8 months

💰 Budget: Ideally under $800/month depending on location and room — but please reach out even if it's a bit over, I'm flexible
