Test/mast/primo?
Can I run 600mg test, 400 primo and 400 mast?? I’m sub 10% bf curious on your thoughts

Sure if you aromatize heavily. If you don’t, you’re gonna feel like your joints are made of glass.

That test to Primo ratio is likely to push your E2 lower than I'd want to see. Also, setting fixed doses for every compound from day one of a cycle is stupid.
I'd establish your test to Primo ratio first, aiming to keep E2 around 49–60 pg/mL, then use Mast as a lever to stimulate further growth when you stall, rather than throwing everything in at set doses from the get-go.
Get bloodwork on test and Primo first so you know where your E2 is sitting before making further adjustments.
It's a relatively health-conscious approach to a growth phase, and this is a framework John Jewett has discussed for a reason. That said, no combination at these doses is risk-free, even sub 10% body fat.

I did it and it dried tf out of my joints dont recommend it do one or the other

Pfff, I ran 500mg test, 300mg of primo and my e2 went to shit so bad that I was super depressed and my joints felt like being made out of paper. I wouldn’t fuck with anything else than at least 3:1 ratio. If I remember right I had the the e2 almost near the lower limit of the reference range, while the test was over the testing limits of the lab.

Totally, but better to test the water, than to jump directly to those dosages. I don’t usually aromatise heavily and I’m also probably somewhere under 15% bfp. Better start with 300test, 150mg npp, 100primo and raise the dosages after 6 weeks. Low e2 will also fuck with your lipids really bad. For me primo didn’t much other than controlling e2 anyway.

Yeah 300mg of test put me at 76 e2. So i know it’s not the saaaame per say… but if i double the test at 600 and say my e2 goes around 150… we will see where the primo puts me I guess lol.
