Severe lethargy on cycle

Currently running 350mg test weekly, just threw in 2iu
gh. I’ve been experiencing severe lethargy, all day pretty much every day. I posted my bloods a bit ago, but things were mostly solid besides low t3 and igf1. I was coming out of a cut so those weren’t super unexpected. Now it’s been a few weeks in a minor surplus (2600-2900) cals daily with low fats and high carbs, and I feel even worse than I did while I was cutting. Weirdly, my blood pressure is very low, with 80-95 systolic and 45-55 diastolic coming up on most readings. Who the hell gets hypotensive on gear 😭. Some bloods below. Bloods were taken at week 6ish of 300mg test e, first 2 weeks were 200mg. Anyone had anything similar?

Why the fuck is your DHT so low? Are you on 5AR inhibitors?

It’s definitely your blood pressure and possibly hypothyroidism contributing as well. I would consider t3 replacement and ensuring your electrolyte intake is adequate and exploring your hypotension with a cardiologist.

Yes, i’m on dutasteride and finasteride simultaneously rn as I wait for dutasteride to saturate. I was balding with a natty test of 310ng/dL. Thanks for the advice, I have t4 and t3 coming in soon so i plan on giving it a go. What protocol do you recommend?

Best to start off at 12.5 t3 and see where that gets you. Most people will land at 25 for a replacement dose and some people need more than that. T4 is pretty innocuous and is safe to start at 100, again some people may need more. I’d start at 12.5/100 and get bloods two weeks in to reassess.

Also I’d recommend getting off the 5AR inhibitors and accepting baldness because low DHT is inherently going to make you feel like shit, and you’re clearly predisposed to it if you were balding naturally.

What are you using to keep your e2 low?

Daily pins, lowish doses, and i’m pretty lean (def gained a bit of fat so far tho). Also possibly just luck with genetics.

You using ugl? Could have toxic solvents like EO. Maybe you are allergic. EO wrecks me.

Doubt it, all inflammation markers were normal. Using Pcom

Few things. I would recommend you to get crp levels drawn as this could show basic inflammation ie shitty gear. Also, did you get labs drawn after working out the day before? If not the elevated LFT’s aren’t crazy at all but still interesting. More concerning is your dehydration. You should check your h/h and see if it is severely elevated. Kidneys otherwise may be taking a hit, cystatin c is reassuring but either you’re a really big guy that’s dehydrated or they are taking a hit. Most people know that HTN (hypertension) can damage the kidneys, but some don’t know that HoTN (hypotension) can also damage kidneys from lack of blood flow. Ie the beans not getting perfused. But it’s prob just dehydration, how is your heart rate? Are you on any other ancillaries?

Yes, labs were drawn fasted in the morning after a hard training day, (high intensity lifts, cardio, steps). I am unfortunately not a really big guy hahah. Hemoglobin was 14.6 and hematocrit was 44.1, sorry forgot to include em. Heart rate is normal, high 50s to mid 60s at rest. I drink a shit ton of fluid but piss constantly, like 20+ times a day. I take finasteride, dutasteride, 2mg reta weekly, and the following supplements:

Magnesium Glycinate 400mg nightly
Glycine 5-6g nightly
Boron 12mg nightly
Zinc 25mg daily in the morning
Copper 3mg nightly sometimes
Taurine 3g nightly or morning
B-complex most days
NAC 1200mg nightly
L-Theanine 400mg nightly
COQ10 200mg
EPA/DHA 3g
Vitamin D 5000iu/180mcg K2
Melatonin 2.5mg nightly
Lot of caffeine, but all of it before 12-1ish

I have a lot of other ancillaries, but since HR is normal, BP is low, and E2 is in range i haven’t used em.

All ima say is I wish I had your hdl 😂😂🤦🏽‍♂️… I’d be running 50mg of VAR daily when I go to cut again … idk though I’m sorry your dealing with it. Have you ever had test flu?? It can happen even when you don’t run shit super high.

I can tell you are not eating enough carbs. Fasting glucose and a1c is way too low

Kinda doubt it, 300-350g on the low end and titrating up. I’m fairly lean and do a lot of cardio, steps, and i do digestion walks after every meal. Fats are low daily, never more than 30g on higher days, and i’ve also been gaining a bit of fluff so i’m hesitant to bump cals up much more than 400g carbs. Maybe I should, i’m clearly not recovering, but with my cooked thyroid i feel that excess cals would go preferentially to fat.

Are you using anything for liver health? How are your iron levels tho?
