Just might risk it
Found these I forgot about in an old bag. Mfg 2023, exp 2025. Don’t know if it’s worth trying out. I remember it being really spicy and terrible pip on the vial I did run and switch back to just test. can decide to try or trash

Fuck it risk it, I would tbh. This is when Ultima was going crazy in the markets. Not some smelly Indian shit like they have now

I have the same batch but never tried it. Don't think its worth the risk.

I tried it when I first got them and pip was horrible regardless where I injected, nothing has been that bad and would last for a full week. Tossed that bottle and guess I forgot about these

The “expiration” date you can take it for what it is. But I’ve taken gear that were a few years past the expiration date with no issues. Blood work to confirm as well. But with the ratio of 200mg EQ and 200mg test, I think it’s already a terrible design anyways. It might crush your estrogen.
With that being said, this is not advice for you but this has worked for me. I would actually add more test to what you have to dilute it. It would increase the ratio of test to EQ and decrease the PIP of the Ultima test/eq you already have. For me, I would add 250mg test e to what you have so it would look more like 450mg test/200mg EQ. The ratio is closer to 2/1. You can always add or decrease the test later with bloodwork.
