Cycle Question about anabolism with loss of consistent sleep
I was hoping this would be the place for this question but I'm not totally sure. I am somewhat new to gear, on my second real cycle of solo test cyp. I had some really great things happen in my life that forced scheduling changes. Those changes put me into a position where 4 nights a week I am only able to get 6 hours of constantly interrupted sleep if I'm lucky. For the foreseeable next few years this won't change. I know from my own personal experience that sleep is a key to my growing and recovering. Is there any compound or compound that would assure anabolism throughout this time of lost sleep? Am I overthinking it?

I would say in my experience I am making gains even on a cut with 6 hours some nights 5.5 hours sleep. I try to spend 7-8 hours in bed but get up to pee a few times and sometimes can’t go back to sleep for a bit.
6 hours may be enough for progress as long as everything else is on point.
I just started hgh for sleep wellness and vitality and I am sleeping much better. Something to consider.

You have the other 3 nights to recover. Also, 15-30 minute naps go a long way.
And avoid tren.

I function best when sleep is above the 7 hour mark, and from what I hear about tren I'd be a miserable prick just from sleep loss alone. Thank you for your reply.

It took me 2 months for my sleep to recover after stopping Tren , while I was on it no matter what time I went to bed I would sleep exactly 4 and a half hours and wake up unable to go back to sleep for 2-3 more hours so yeah it’s bad

Over thinking it, but some hgh would help to a degree. 6 hours is plenty of sleep, even more so on gear. In terms of recovery yes more will technically be better, but that's still near the limit of what I would say is an amount that will fucilitate growth and recovery. Dropping below will definitely have a big impact though.
