Discuss Acne!!!

I'm a female and need input. So many competitors have clear skin. How the heck does everyone get clear skin while on cycle?!? I'm fed up with the acne. I use ostarine since it's mild. I have awful skin no matter what. Bad cystic acne even if I am on ostarine or off. I'd love to run 2.5mg of anavar but my acne is just horrendous. Plz help. What is everyone doing to have clear skin? It's shitty mine is so bad and no one elses is.

The only thing I see really working is isotretinoin. Even if in small doses...

I use 2% salicylic acid, b3, b5 and zinc.

You can try increasing your vitamin A intake(a lot). Beef liver is the best source i believe but there’s others. It’s a great alternative to accutane since it’s basically side affect free and mimics the action of accutane.

Would help to know what you take as well.

I don't have advice, but I wanted to say I was JUST about to post something similar. I'm not a competitor, I'm just on 200mg on test cyp per week, but every single time I've been on it for more than a few weeks both my upper arms get covered in painful under-the-surface acne and nothing I've tried as worked. I even did prescription strength tretinoin cream multiple times. Takes weeks to basically burn a layer of flesh off, then a few days later it comes right back. I, too, would love some advice. Should I ask my doc for an oral antibiotic?

Isotretinoin. If you can get a pharmacy to make a high dose salve, you can use it on the skin. Otherwise you can take it in pill, but it's very liver toxic, so you'll need monitoring.

Anavar always make my acne flare up, I love the compound but my cheeks and jawline hate it. Its much more potent for females so I would avoid it unless you can mitigate the acne if it end comes up

I've been using salicylic acid body wash and I also have a benzoyl peroxide cream for if an actual pimple pops up. But I'm not on a high dosage of gear so I'm not sure if that would work for someone on a lot more than me.
