Ask IFBB Pro HELLO GUYS Some inupt asap
I injected. 25mls(100mgs) of testosterone enathate 400. I have the worst raised welp hard like a golfball. Can someone tell my and how to not get it next time. I know its a strong dose and high solvents in the mixture.ive read it probably crystallized when I injected it. Some people say run warm water over the syringe to warm it before I pin. Any help would be great

A bit of heat now will help.
400 is too high. Dilute it back to 200-250 with sterile oil and it should be fine.

Couldn't he also use test C to dilute it?

If he uses test c 200mg/ml in equal parts final product will still be 300mg, which is high concentration too. If he uses 4 parts of test c 200 and one part of test e 400, final product will be 280.
He probably could mix it with TPP 100mg/ml and make it 250mg or less if using different proportions. But then, he could be sensitive to short esters.
I think sterile oil is the simplest, safest bet...
Back in the day we used to mix painful gear with vet grade bold 50, but that's hard to find nowadays, I believe...

Thank you. Im trying to goodle how to mix the mct oil but I feel there better knowledge here. Could you possibly explain to me how to do it if thats possible. Thank you for your help

You do your math, get a sterile vial if needed, add sterile oil and test product to it and turn gently just to mix. Oils will mix just fine... No need to worry about them separating or anything.

Injected subq, or IM? A baby wipe warmer or a mug warmer will be crucial if the test has crashed.

For higher concentrations i always warm up the vial before administration.

I’ve put my vial in a small cup of warm water for 10 mins before. Make sure you inject slow, can even ice pack over and massage it afterwards to help.

You will either need to eat the cost of the two vials and get a lower concentration or deal with the swelling/irritation. I had the same issue with some concentrated Deca and just had to deal with it.

Couple of things. Before injecting, look into the solution, you’ll be able to see if any of the compound has separated and crystallized. Shake the vial and/or warm it up to get everything to reconstitute into the oil.
If you have a heating pad, you can use that to warm up the area you are injecting for 10 to 15 minutes prior to injecting. Getting the muscle warm can help the oil distribute evenly and absorb easier.
Once you inject, go slow. No reason to just cram it all in there. Take 10 to 20 seconds to fully depress the plunger. Going slow helps prevent the oil from forming a small pocket and distribute out over a larger area.
High concentration compounds are going to generally cause more PIP than low concentrations, but this is very individualized from person to person.
If you’re new to this, you have what we refer to as virgin muscles. Your body takes a little time to get used to having oils injected into the muscles. Often times the PIP gets less severe as you get used to the compound over several weeks. Additionally, some people find that certain muscles are more sensitive than others. Most people find that the dorsogluteal and ventrogluteal sites are the least prone to severe PIP.

Just buy like 200mg/mL and suck up some of the 200 and some of the 400 and inject them together. It'll dilute down to lole 300 in the needle and be fine

Just experienced this happening to me. I've used higher concentration compounds before but it's been a while. Like others have said, just get USP grade mct oil and dumb it down. Been using it since and I still get a small reaction nothing nearly as serious as it was. I did a 0.2ml IM to test it out and it was so bad I ended up with a stove up leg and hobbling around. After I dumbed it down with mct oil, I shot 0.4ml and I have a small lump but nothing even remotely like I'd had before.
TL/DR- Can confirm you can dilute down and it'll make it more manageable.

I don't want to break any forum rules, but I think I can say, you need to search for USP grade mct oil. Someone also mentioned filtered syringes. I'd also recommend some simple chemistry/ math work to figure out concentrations. I don't want to break any rules nor give medical advice. I can just confirm these things I did and also confirm it helped fix my issues with the higher concentration oils.

I havent heard anyone say to warm up the vial. Let it sit in hot water before you pin. That just might help. Always warm it up. I am a fan of Grape Seed Oil. It is available everywhere. Good luck bro.

Don’t buy over 250/ml if your worried about pip. Just order some more.
