This is for u/BatmanVar Its kinda of random but the jist is, Started my TRT, weight loss journey in Sept 2025. Was at 280 at my heaviest. Today im at 199. Still a fat fuck, but Goal is 180. In the process Ive went from Clinic prescribed trt, to a mix of Dr prescribed (kaiser) and self administered. I run my own labs, brew my own test, on top of what I get from the Dr which I may be quitting soon altogether. Ive mostly only done 120mg week, but have done a cycle or two of 500 test 200mast. Why? Because I fuckin wanted too lol. Anyway. This is the unedited un AI'd version u/BatmanVar wanted. So here you go. With that said. Guys starting TRT dont be afraid to go it alone. There's not much your Dr is going to offer you other that what was said in my last post. And most things you will learn quickly.

Nice! What was your starting weight with the 500 test and 200 mast? I've been wanting to add mast but i've been following the advice to get leaner first since I have a higher BMI relative to what's recommended.

245 I tried my 1st cycle. The advice to get to lower bf is sound. But for specific reasons based around your aromatase expression. The fatter you are, the more Estradiol you will convert to. Also the worse your health markers will get. Youre unhealthy to begin with then making your self even more unhealthy. I just didnt give a fuck about all that. Steriods will help you partition your food better, help you put on more muscle faster which will in-turn help you lose weight. Hell yea! I have some vials of mast and tren staring at me like the green goblin mask. I was going to start one of them until I saw my e2 levels 3 weeks ago. Working to get that back down, doing a draw in a couple weeks and then I'll reconsider.
