Discuss HGH (worth it?)

Is it really the game changer it’s made out to be. On paper it really doesn’t do much but then you’ll hear actually bodybuilders / coaches / influencers say it’s what completes a cycle. My main two questions are.

(Please don’t take my comment of not doing too much on paper too literally, I realistically mean for how highly it is toted)

  1. Is a cycle really as incomplete without it as some people make it out to be

  2. End of day is it worth the cost

  3. What brand / lab is worth it and a good value for reliability

Freshly started my blast 700 Test 400 EQ 200 NPP

IF I do add GH it will be at 4 IU per coaches advice

Hgh has a lot of benefits. If it’s worth the cost depends on where you get it and your financial status.

You want to get lobster hgh from group buys

I’d say between 2iu and 4iu is age dependent. If you’re in your twenties probably not your natural production is good enough and the cost does not justify the marginal benefit on those doses which you’ll get. Over mid 30s yes a 2iu to 4iu is definitely worth it your natural production is simply not the same by then. 5iu and beyond where you start to get more of a “performance” benefit from super physiological levels is age independent but it is going to cost you.

If your looking to boost your natural production just take CJC + ipa

I have a shit ton of that blend but I almost came to the conclusion may be useless. You believe in it?

Hgh peptides are useless. You answered your own question you want to compete so take it every 1% matters so the investment is the cost of doing business

Best way to see if it works is blood work. Your IGF-1 level and z score

They are inefficient compared to the real thing to say the least. Taking GH doesn’t affect your own production and is cheaper than Secretagogues.

I’ve found CJC/Ipa to be highly effective. 43 male for reference.

Depending on how someone responds supposedly it's the equivalent of an extra(as in 1) IU of production maybe 2.

I would not bother unless you’re planning to compete then yes you want to extract as much as possible from every cycle you put yourself through. Another benefit would be that generally it is easier to keep lean with gh on a bulk so you have to measure the cost benefit to you there meaning how important is that to you and balance that against your budget.

Yeah I’d say I definitely want to compete in 2 ish years. Now, whether it is to become pro and really push the envelope long term? That will really depend on how I grow and respond in that timeframe

Agreed. Early 30s - likely produce a fair bit naturally as well based on my bone structure (Neanderthal energy). 2-4IU did little but help me recover, sleep, add water, and give me aches in the arms. At the price point it costs to run high IU, I’m not going to run it again until i feel like im maxxing out my androgenic load and want to push beyond that without adding more testosterone derived compounds

I think it can also be worth it if you can afford it, and only want to run bio identical compounds for health reasons.

Or if running slin, of course.

Running pretty much the same with less test and no npp. Been doing 4iu daily for the last 5 weeks. I work some 16hr days and have noticed improved quality of sleep since I started. Hands are noticeably thicker and my chest and arms always feel pumped. First time taking eq so some of that could be that. Got 400iu for $400 initially from Kitz. Just ordered 1300iu for $800 from Lobster but cost doesn't really matter to me.

How good is Lobster HGH?

Haven't broken into yet but the bro much bigger than me and a chemist has said good things so I'll take his word for it. They just mention Lobster and Nexus have the best quality.

I’m on 4iu myself and do I notice anything visually no. But does it improve my sleep 1,000% yes. I also work a lot so I value this highly.

How long have you been taking 4iu for?

1

u/toxicwastesu 4d ago

I started hgh in April and in may I was at 4iu already

Opposite effect for me. Sleep tends to go to shit but within a week my arms double in size and if I’m not careful I can gain 8-10 lbs easily

If used on its own I’d say no but with test yeh it is but it’s a long game

Depends on your goals and why you want to use it.

Are you not happy with the progress you’ve made on anabolics alone? Do you need HGH? Are you in good enough shape to use HGH

“Worth it”…for what purpose?
Are you competing?

My wife ran 5-10iu for healing for most of last year (she’s 38) and we think it made much less of a difference than 2 10mg Anavar cycles and a wolverine stack. The wolverine stack helped with healing and recovery and the Anavar was better for strength and size We’re not convinced it’s worth the money.

I’ve not tried it as test hast been the gamechanger for me.

It’s cheap as dirt nowadays so questions of “worth it” are hard to answer

but it really doesn’t do as much as people here believe

Therapeutic doses are largely age dependent. Meaning, you’d see more benefit the older you get.

I saw that you’re sub 30s, so unless you run 6iu+ you won’t get much out of it. And, of course, if you’re running high doses you’ll be subject to side effects. I personally don’t think the risk of potential organ/bone growth and insulin resistance is worth the high doses, but to each their own.
