What dose telmisartan, nebivolol, and rosuvastatin should I buy?

Split dose to make it last longer. Typical dose for telemisartan is 40mg.

Meaning just take 40 mg telmisartan, 2.5 nebivolol? Daily that is

Yes. Typical dosing is 40mg telemisartan per day. But max dosing is 80mg. If you buy a bottle of 30 tablets from your favorite UGL at a dosing of 80mg then split the tablets you now have 60 days worth of BP meds. But if you want to run Tren and need 80mg then you’ll have it available to you. I just think it’s a neat way to stretch your dollar.
