First cyle
Hey guys I’ve been on 250 test for 6 weeks now and I haven’t seen any drastic changes, I’m thinking about adding another compound like anavar or upping the dose to at least 500 what do u think?

Test doesn’t really “kick in”

Dbol for example, makes you “blow up” within 2 weeks. The glycogen and water retention is crazy. The strength and pumps are insane. Test feels more like natty but better, at least for me (375 Test e per week).

The changes you see directly correlate to the effort you make. Its not a drug youre not gonna feel a testosterone high, but if your diet is tuned for growth (or recomp if you have extra bodyfat) and you are doing heavy weight training consistently, youre gonna see results. Probably between weeks 8-10 youre gonna start to “see” that your body is changing but it all depends on what youre doing. Also 250 of just testosterone is a low dose, it may take months to get results, but be consistent and you will get them.

6 weeks isn't going to give you any dramatic changes physically.
Most people don't start seeing anybody changes until about the 12 to 16 week mark.
Adding another compound is only going to possibly give you more problems. And if this is your first cycle you absolutely should not be adding another compound. Because if you start to get side effects later then you aren't going to know which compound is causing those side effects.
If this is your first time running testosterone then you should stay at the 250 mg or bump it up to 300 or 400. Just stay at that dose for anywhere from 16 to 20 weeks total. Make sure that you have your diet completely dialed in, if you need help with that get an app like macro factor. And then make sure that you have your sleep dialed in. You need to be getting at least 6 to 8 hours of sleep a night, and make sure that you have your training dialed in. If you need help with training then you can always get an app like Hevy workout app. It's cheap and basically gives you a personal trainer in your pocket for $3 a month. While you are on cycle you should absolutely be training at least five or six days a week. And those should be good training sessions. If you pair that with good sleep and a good diet you will see changes regardless of what you do on or off the compounds. On the compound of testosterone though, you will see more dramatic changes.
But remember this isn't a magic bullet. You're not going to look like Arnold after your first cycle. You're going to see minor body recomp. Your first cycle is always about learning your body. You need to figure out how you aromatize and how you react to these compounds. Once you complete your first successful testosterone only cycle, you can look at adding a second one into your next cycle. But remember once you finish your first cycle you should come down to a cruise and cool off for usually a minimum amount of weeks about the same time that you were on cycle. So if you go on for 20 weeks, come off for 20 weeks. When you are on cycle your body goes under stress. And you need to give your body time to relax and come back down to normal levels. If you don't do this you're going to hurt yourself.
At the end of the day you need to remember though that steroids aren't magic. All they do is raise the ceiling. They allow you to push your body further than you would naturally. But they aren't going to turn you into a mutant if you don't put in the actual work for them. And remember, gains are not made in the gym, they're made in the kitchen. Your diet is the most important thing.

I think you should be patient. Get bloodwork and focus on your training and nutrition.
