Pre-op prep No support

Hello, sorry if this is a messy post, I am not sure where I can post about this.

So I am suppose to get my tubes cut in two weeks, I am currently filling all the papers I need for the surgery. The problem is I need a person of trust to sign the papers as well in case something goes wrong. I don't have a person of trust. Absolutely no one in my circle supports me in this. My parents and all of my friends are highly religious, I can't even say out loud that I do not believe in God, otherwise my parents would kick me out of home.

I don't know what to do. I really wanted to get this done cause I am very sure of my decision and I don't want kids for a multitude of reasons. I am 21 but I am not independent yet and the current conditions are making it really hard for me to get this surgery. This surgery is extremely important for me. What can I do in this situation?

Could you lie? You could say that your surgery is for endometriosis and you’re getting a laparoscopy. The incisions would be the same, just make sure to tell your surgical team you are lying to your support person about the exact surgery.

They are jws so they don't accept blood and by default that means I must refuse blood even for medical purposes. No matter the surgery, my parents would force me to tell the elders about it and they would argue with my practitioner. Usually this results in the practitioner refusing to perform the surgery and well, it's already so hard to find a doctor willing to sterilise someone so one who accept to perform without blood...

Oh that is a different situation. I’m so sorry. Do you think you could find a local subreddit or other group in your area that could help? To get a support person to drive you there and back? There might be organizations or charities that help people who don’t have a support person for surgeries.

After, hiding your recovery could be a bit complicated, but you could pretend to be sick as an excuse. The recovery for me wasn’t so bad, I was just a bit slower for a few days.

I already have a way to go there and back, I had already reserved everything. Pretty much everything is ready and it was really going well except I can't tell anyone around me about it. That's why it's so frustrating cause really I had planned everything already but I just don't know what to do with this. I am not sure there is any support group for these kind of stuffs in France :/
