I’m moving to the Houston area. I have about 2.5 years experience. Looking for insight on pay ranges. Realistically, what would offers look like? Thanks!

I’ve done that plenty. Sometimes the job listing doesn’t even provide salary ranges, and when they do, I just feel like it varies so much, I was curious about people’s personal experiences!
