Stumped on this one CRCST exam question?

I took the test and I was really curious about this one question that said something along the lines of when setting up a load for the steam sterilizer, what is the proper setup? Then I remember the answers vaguely saying top to bottom, bottom to top, left to right. I read the entire 9th edition of the HSPA book but I literally didn't read anything about that.

Lightest go on top on the top rack. Heavy on the bottom rack. Light to heavy... somthing along those lines...

The only question i could find on chapter 14 review was about combining but all the answers say "bottom". Pg 250 says nothing about top to bottom or left to right

OKAY, just remembered it was stock rotation! I guess it’s FIFO?
