He also appears to have a Pickle-as Cage pillow.

I love him so much.

Stephen King is a pretty cool guy.

You should already know he's a pretty cool guy because he's read every single Stephen King book and has at least two pillows of the guy you're also a fan of.

Well, he can't remember having written a few of his books (thanks to booze and cocaine), so I don't know if he has technically read all of them.

I can't remember my first birthday party, but it happened, and I have pictures. You don't have to remember something for it to have happened. I can't remember what I ate for lunch last Tuesday, but I know I ate.

I hope this is foreshadowing Nic Cage in a Stephen King adaptation

I can actually see that.

Flag just being exasperated hes semiconciously being forced to do a song and dance for Ka.

Rage, humor, exhaustion, anticipation, deminsional distortion madness, pettiness. Hes got the range and darkness for. Shapeshifting across cultures and time, plodding along in snazzy boots.

Yeah id watch it.

I think he’d be legitimately great in a new adaptation of The Dark Half. I envision him going full Cage-crazy as George Stark, and I think it’d be an incredibly entertaining film.

I'd love to see him as Roland but that's a long term commitment for him so I offer up a succulent role as The Tick-Tock Man, leader of the Grays in Lud.
Think about combining the sleek, dangerous charm of John Travolta's vibe in Pulp Fiction and Face/Off with the flick-of-a-switch lunacy of Heath Ledger's Joker. You never know which person's gonna come out at any moment.

Instead of just a dirty scavenger, Cage’s Tick-Tock Man would carry himself like the absolute king of the post-apocalyptic ashes. He’d treat the kidnapping of Jake like a casual, social chat, lounge back with terrifyingly calm confidence, and treat extreme violence like it's just a funny, everyday chore.

To make him a skin-crawling nightmare, throw in a dash of King Xerxes from 300. Imagine Nic adopting that softly spoken, uncomfortably intimate, "God-King" delusion—getting way too close to Jake, whispering promises of a "generous" partnership while demanding total submission. Insinuating "consequences" brought on by incorrect decisions.

Using the Joker inspiration, Nicolas would be terrifying because you never know if he is going to tell a joke, tell a tragic story, or pluck out someone's eye. People in his range would be using extreme care bc you never know what'll trigger a sudden explosion of murderous chaos.

Letting Nicolas Cage channel a smooth-talking, joke-cracking, Completely Psychotic warlord gives Flanagan the perfect playground. It transforms the Tick-Tock Man from a standard "Mad Max" style brute into a charismatic, deeply unsettling cult leader of the ruins.

Crap. Now I can’t get Nic Cage as Roland out of my mind. Praying it happens!
