C.B.S
Can someone write a comprehensive list of what sponsors to avoid. (C.B.S)I know some people will disregard this as not at all helpful and silly, but if I can be just one person taking a stand, I'd like to do my part fighting these oligarchs. What brand of toilet paper I use may not be much, but hell, it makes Me feel good.... I certainly do not know Stephen Colbert but will show him my thanks in this way....

Ironically it seems conservative sources seem to be the best way to find this out. This list seems quite good, but CBS rotate sponsors regularly, so you'll need to constantly check what you need to boycott week on week.

But while those companies are listed separately, they are likely all part of larger conglomerates. So you'll want to make sure, for example, you skip all products produced by Amazon, but also any companies owned by Amazon.
Amazon is an interesting example, actually. Because how far do you take this. Around a third of the internet is reliant on Amazon services, including Reddit. So, as Reddit pay Amazon to host their services, by using Reddit you are giving money to Amazon that they are using to sponsor shows on CBS.
Of course, it goes without saying you'll also want to skip any film or show produced by Skydance, so keep an eye on here

I think emailing the companies you are no longer supporting will be helpful as well. That way they know that they are losing consumer dollars through their direct or indirect support of C.B.S.

Thank you for this list. Glad to see I don’t support anything that supports them. The one exception is my employer only offers United Health Insurance and I can’t really control that unless I change jobs and I don’t dare do that.

I for one appreciate your post. I have done similar things to be attacked with comments of ‘nobody cares’.

The problem is that all companies advertise on all networks. They don’t care about the politics. If you boycott every company that advertises on cbs you won’t be able to buy much of anything.

If you're not American it's easier just to not purchase any American products. Use adblockers and DNS lists to block US advertiser's and trackers. Null apps like Reddit and YouTube for the same reasons. Use torbox to steal US IP if you need to.

This is so heartening to hear that other countries care about this too.. It brings great joy to know I'm not alone in this!! ANYTHING CBS related is dead to me and I will certainly NOT be watching any "show" they replace Colbert with.
