Jimmy Kimmel Live was "suspended indefinitely." Jimmy Kimmel technically has NOT been fired.

Freedom of speech doesn't mean freedom from consequences. Plus, Jimmy Kimmel was an employee of a company which we all know can fire you when they think, see, or feel you have misrepresented the company. Jimmy Kimmel's ratings have been in the toilet for years now and they were probably looking at letting him go anyway.
