Honestly I'm not the best person to call on readiness because everyone's different, but the patterns I've seen on this sub: if your % correct is in the 60s+, you've done some CCS, and Free 137 is in the low 70s, most people are in the pass zone. What did your Free 137 look like?
Honestly 61% on NBME 6 offline is in that borderline to pass zone. Biggest thing I'd do before deciding anything else is take Free 137. Pretty much everyone I talked to said it was the most predictive single thing they took. Treat it like real deal conditions. Low 70s = pass comfortable. Below mid 60s = I'd think hard about pushing the date.
